Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By subscribing to or using 1HRIS ("the Platform"), your organization agrees to these terms. The Platform is provided by EMAAN Digital under the subscription plan selected by your organization.
2. Subscriptions
Plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are billed per organization on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis in LKR, with limits on employees, storage and features as set out in your subscription. Fees are payable in advance and plans may be upgraded at any time.
3. Your data
Your organization retains ownership of all data entered into the Platform and is responsible for its accuracy and for having a lawful basis to process employee data. We process that data solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
The Platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to breach its security. Access credentials must be kept confidential and role permissions administered responsibly.
5. Statutory computations
The Platform computes EPF, ETF, gratuity and leave entitlements according to published Sri Lankan statutory rules. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing outputs and for its statutory filings and payments.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated content (letters, mappings, document splits, analytics) is provided with human-review controls and should be reviewed before use. AI outputs are not legal advice.
7. Availability & support
We aim for high availability and provide support according to your plan. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the subscription terms. On termination, your organization may export its data; residual copies are deleted per our retention schedules, except records retained to meet legal obligations.
